These eyes are a low drop rate to begin with so I strongly recommend you find a level 85+ Alchemist to craft it for you.

This item is used to pop Hakutaku in Den of Rancor. Optical Hat is a 100% drop from Hakutaku. I occasionally sell these clusters, might be worth while to /tell Altec if you are in the market of buying one.
