The next version update is scheduled for early July.

As part of the July version update, we will be adding a new high-tier mission battlefield based on "A Crystalline Prophecy," which is one of the three add-on scenarios (*) previously released for the game. We are also planning to add high-tier mission battlefields based on the other two add-on scenarios in the future as well.

There are various other updates planned for this month, including revisions to the Limbus battle content, such as changing the number of floors in Temenos. We are also changing some of the game's default settings so that its aspect ratio automatically adjusts to your system configuration instead of starting with the standard 4:3 display.

Once again, the Celestial Nights event is returning to Vana'diel.

Celestial Nights is a special event born from the tale of the star-crossed lovers, Prince Yahiko and Princess Amdina. Long, long ago, a chance encounter between the pair on opposite banks of the river that divided their two kingdoms led to them falling madly in love, but their romance was not meant to be, as the young lovers perished without ever having the chance to share so much as a moment's embrace.

As a special tribute to the ill-fated lovers, two actors playing the roles of Prince Yahiko and Princess Amdina will appear in Vana'diel during the event period. Use emotes to help guide the two lovers to their destination! You can receive various items after successfully helping them pair up.

Also, you can earn up to one #FES dial key per day (Earth time) that can be used with the Gobbie Mystery Box. The #FES dial key allows you to use the Festival Dial, which contains spoils from content such as high-tier mission battlefields and high-tier avatar battlefields.

There have been countless items added to the game over the years, including some that were available via limited-time events that are not scheduled to return or otherwise only featured limited chances to acquire them. Therefore, we have decided to introduce this special opportunity on a trial basis to either make these items available again or provide an easier, limited-time method to obtain them.

The eligible items this time are the Ark Shield, Sproutling Board, Moogle Masque, and Fafnir Statue, as well as the Archduke's Sword, Archduke's Shield, and Alexander Statue that were introduced in May.

This equipment includes the extremely stylish Ark Shield and Moogle Masque, and also the Archduke's Sword and Archduke's Shield that were available as part of the event "The 'Real' Archduke of Jeuno, Back in the Spotlight Yet Again," both of which can be reforged into powerful pieces of gear that are useful for new and veteran adventurers alike.

In terms of furnishings, there is the Sproutling Board, which features a mandragora depicted in a pixel art style, and also the Alexander Statue and Fafnir Statue, which are based on notorious monsters appearing in the event "More Strange Happenings in Vana'diel." Placing any of these items in your Mog House provides you with a Moghancement effect, so it's definitely worth playing through the event to obtain them.

We are also adding equipment that utilizes new forging materials, and increasing the maximum number of job points and exemplar points that can be obtained when using Unique data to open Blue treasure chests or higher.
