There was another soccer anime that was cool, but not as emphasized on the soccer matches as much in comparison. ima look it up.

also, trying to remember a cartoon, abou 3 heroes in armor, one air, land and sea, that could connect lots of crap to their armors, and fought a 1 eyed bald villan with some robots.

It's practically a magical girl anime except instead of skirts, you get dudes in powered armor.

They weren't even RC heheh. The kids would simply put them in the tracks and let them go, changing wheels and such at certain pit stops xD

I see a lot of early 90s stuff. Some gold, some not, but still, good to check dates. (Though I will cast a vote for "Nadia: Secret of Blue Water" for being one of the best damn animated shows of all time.)

Anyway, since Inspector Gadget and Ducktales already got mentioned, I'll throw in for my #3 on the list:
Danger Mouse!

Yep, despite being an American kid, this one did make it across the pond to get shown on Nickelodeon in the early 80s. Particularly witty and imaginitive for its time, I'd say it gives a lot of the better cartoons around today a run for their money.
Theme song? Why sure!

A lot of these were awesome. Danger Mouse was win lol... Original Transformers was the best (does it piss anybody else off that in the first 2007 movie they didnt make Jazz a cop car? he was my favorite... lol).. The D and D caroon was sick (can't believe others liked that), The Link and Mario cartoons were dope. TMNT gets a mention. Woody Woodpecker does as well. Many more I'm sure I'm missing, but those are stand-outs (And Captain N, since it was mentioned hehe)
