	Honestly, This was just blind luck, was about to toss it when (I already had a 48% Cap. Points) Then got this one out of the blue from the NQ Chests. I believe 50% is the highest, it's the highest I've seen open (Ironically this is my Mantle). Unless higher has been seen, then I wouldn't bother pushing over 2% off this. 2014-09-14 09:56:20
