	Well, I got this about a month ago in a chest. I was just in aby skilling up, amber light was not capped. I looked at it and said "meh" and kept it anyway. I didn't know how "hard" it was to get fast cast+3 on it until I looked it up. It was free so i'm using it until better options surface. 2013-12-01 19:21:18
