with the new items you can cap haste without rapparee. which makes this or homam body the new tp piece.

it IS a great step peice, but im comparison to haste gear, what else would it really be good for? i can usually near-cap haste on my thf with dex magian dagger, pcharm and sharpeye. that's not even taking into consideration ma capped feint which is godly.

i guess just mobs like flame skimmer that have some unholy evasion? macro in for stp WS but by doing so you lose the delish stats of things like skadi/heca/dragon.

hmmm... i wanna love it i do!
