RDM with af hat, relic body an Loq. earring fires off spells at ~40%.

So unless we're already very close to the cap, I don't think there is one.

I saw one the other day in-game with fast cast+2 and mnd+1...but this one is nice too, not sure what the cap is on FC+ but any bonus is nice for stuff like buffs or refresh

I believe there is no cap on fast cast, just recast/haste. Or there is and noone has hit it yet.
