East Sarutabaruta and in the thick of the Green dense Fog, is a Tarutaru Dragoon on his way home.

The Fog is thick and green.
Is this because of the Magic that flows though the lands or because the Tarutaru, who love there food so much; Have produce this toxic gases that would keep the Galka's away?
