Would love to figure out of fSTR is caculated based off the Base damage, or the sum of the base damage and augmented damage.

Either way, Fire Path Severance or Max Damage Ultimatum. Tough call, fortunately you can more or less do both at the same time. (After at least taking one to the second stage divide)
