Not that much of an uncommon sight really, I think people generally only camp it if they're after trotter's, and once they get them it goes unclaimed again until someone else stumbles across it and monopolises it's ToD for a bit.

Funny to see it unclaimed with someone on the other side of the lake camping it though >:D
