While looking fancy, this chart looks flawed, atleast what i can read of it from the picture being so small. Ferrara definately shouldn't out perform Naglering.

It seems to be based largely on DPS which isn't practical. Ferrara's DPS is something like .01 below Subduer, but the low TP gain means you don't WS nearly as much
