to artanis: and thats because genbu doesnt drop it im afraid :/ King Behemoth and Kirin seem to put out on this the most Suzaku drops it too but ive seen 3 in around 3 years of sky so very poor drop rate on him :/
yea... when i see items like this selling at 200ish gil more on ah than at npc i just npc em. so if ya'll want to craft with em you better start paying more than the npc :p
