Rubys have a high drop rate funnily enough from "Ruby Quadav" NMs in Qulun dome. They are around Lv70-73. Do not let this discourage you, they're soloable by a lot of jobs. I solo'd them as 75BLU with ease, I also know a 70RDM who farms them. However, silence, stun or shadows are reccomended, when this NM chainshpells, it often spams single target nukes for 300+ damage.
