Awesome food for high delay weapons. Great for scythe equipped DRK, WAR with Greataxe, SAM(before rice balls)and DRG. Good Accuracy and Double Attack. Ranged Accuracy is a bonus.
The Double Attack +1% gives you double attack whether you have double attack from /war or not. Kinda neat if you are partyin in qufim or somewhere and hitting the mob twice in a row every other battle.
i had some cones in my mog from fishing and decided to make this sushi 5 stacks later (60 synths) and heres the results...

I am lvl 100 dint wear any +this or that gear and as you can see for your self, this synth dosent like to hq3+hq4 often even with over 40 lvls on its cap.
