@Fazira: As with all spell scrolls for 76+ spells, it can be found in Gold Pyxides in Abyssea. The level 76-80 spells are in Tahrongi/Konschtat/La Theine, and the 81-85 spells are in Misareaux/Vunkerl/Attohwa.
Is there another way of acquiring this spell other than from the NPC that sells it for 77k? Cause if not, it seems strange that people would sell it at a loss.
