Easily repeatable with a mule and free time. Farm 2-Leaf Mandy bud. Have main in bastok buy cornettes and send to mule in windy. Once fames high enough (about 60 cornettes I think). Costs about 2-6k and can be done in less than an hour.
When you can buy Cornettes from Harmodio, this is an easy scroll to obtain. However, if Bastok isn't in Conquest first or second place, getting this scroll can be a real chore. The drop rate on Cornettes from Mandragora in both East and West Sarutabaruta is pretty bad, even with Treasure Hunter 7.
