Drops from Doom Mage and Doom Warlock in Gustav Tunnel. The warlocks are also PH for Taxim (NM) which also drops Blizzard IV along with the rare Blizzaga II

I have camped Doom Mages and Walocks in Gustav Tunnel with a Lv 90 THF(TH5) and we didn't get not one drop > < FFXIclopedia has listed the drop rate is 0.0% for this???
