good cheep low lvl Def up food that nearly anyone can make. with a lil worm and any fishing rod you will get carp and crayfish (from freshwater) the water and salt ar bought from npc's in most cities for around 10 gil each and you will get fire crystals as you xp from 1-10.

there are better foods, but this is just realy cheep and good if your just starting in the game, to you find your feet

You only need 12 of these for Craftsman. Not as shown when you click on the "guild pattern" where it says you need 16.
