This is really nice food for BRD. If you are in the going for party for a long time get the extended food Sanction or Sigal pop the food and you have CHR+2 (or +3 if you get the HQ) for 6 hours. Just make sure you put on another Signet/Sanction/Sigal because the food will probably last longer than it will.
