You can skill up to 10 lvl with hq guild signet on. That's why some week you see lot of quivers and arrows. When there's a tailly tie.. quiver as toolbag rly go up in price.

RMT dont drive the price down... impatient people do...RMT just buyout the stock for really cheap and re-sell at a higher price thus making money, but usually they dont waste there time on items like these
These things always fluctuate on Leviathan. 15k one week, 25k the next, definately frustrating. Craft them, use them, forget selling nowadays. Let ppl make their own and let undercutters fight among themselves
its more valuble to sell these things indiovdually sometimes due to the harsh undercutting, they sell at pratically the same speed. and for more money!
