I don't know if you guys have noticed this, but store tp gear affects this. I had Chivalrous Chain on while i used this and it gave me 101 tp. I don't know about store tp trait but if it were to affect it somehow, it would be lovely for sam. ^ ^ just dropping the 411.

Yes, Store TP affects the use of this item. As a SAM, I usually have about 50 Store TP total, from traits, merits, and gear, and when I use one, I get 150%. Very nice to Stack with a double-enhanced meditate during 2hr.
