I just farmed a few of these in Morimar, they were pretty common drop with a THF in the party but they only spawn at night between 20:00-04:00. There's a spot with 3 of them around (K-9)

@ Tata.. the Umbril in cirdas by the way point are either a reduced or 0 drop rate. You are better off farming the ones that are only up at nighttime.
