Hell yeah it's a great ring, extra EXP bonus is always a nice thing to have keeping people outside of abyssea so they can understand their job mechanics and practice it in party situations instead of opening boxes
The difference between this and Empress Band:
1) Resolution is not R/E
2) More experience bonus (vs 3000).
3) Must be lvl 30 as oppose to lvl 1.
4) Chariot/Empress/Emperor 1 recharge per conquest.
I remember having to deplete the last charge in town, recharge it, and use another at camp. The arguments are going to be same as warp cudgels/reraise earrings vs warp and reraise items. I think this ring is really convenient to have.
@Yuukari Yes, they also changed the maximum bonus as well. Point is this is still a good ring to have if you're soloing past 30 especially in GoV areas.
First! Anyways, looks like a mess when they take off only one of the jobs from being all jobs. I wonder why SAM cant use this. It is just an exp ring, I guess they figure SAMs dont need extra exp! Glad they changed all the other exp rings... so did you look?
