Possibly unknown fact: Best Shattersoul hands available by a wide margin. The next thing i believe was INT+7, Only for specific races, and INT+6 for All (Mahatma Cuffs).

While maybe not good for much else, They'll always have a slot in my Shattersoul <3

@Asura.Karbuncle I definitely saw that too, love me some Shattersoul as well. I typically use Savant's Bracers +2 for the INT+9 since I'm usually on SCH. Speaking of SCH, these should also be good for casting Helices.
