They make exceptionally good EXP mobs, too. Silence recommended, they can cast Thunder/Aero V, and Thundaga/Aeroga III, but they are otherwise super-squishy.

Kill NMs. Most require only about 6 people and most have about 3-4 jobs seals that they drop and usually drop 2x seals everytime.
