It does come from the Aqueduct Spiders. Got drop on first kill. Second spider Sickle Slashed me with shadows down.

I get majority of mine doing VW. The Aqueduct Spiders have a very low drop rate (max TH) and long respawn (10-15min). Using them to skill Clothcraft (swith capes).
