Drop rate on claw is 100% on both Sara and cerb. Cerb drops two, sara drops one.
The ability for more of these to come into the game will lower the price, but it shouldn't affect it much. Like Anethesia said, it takes a lot of work to get to Sara.
Sarameya, while another Cerberus monster, is still difficult to reach because of the tier she sits on; you would have to redo all of the other ZNMs just to reach her again and again, and the drop rate of C claw between Cerb and Sara seems about the same.
While this next piece of information doesn't need to be mentioned, it can even drop off of Pandaemonium Warden, but you'd burn through so many ZNMs instead of camping Cerb or doing Sara for the claw, right?
