As of the June 2014 update, the 115 weapons from WKR can be augmented with 2 buffs using the KI earned from each WKR.

Using the Flashfrost Paragon (Kamihr Drifts WKR), you can add Enmity -10 to this, which is down right sexy. You can also add either Acc+30, MAcc+30, or Occasionally Attacks Twice!
