Pretty good option for a Puppetmaster, it has key stats for the master while incorporating some for the Automaton.

Monk has better options though.

They are pretty nice augmented. Almost like Vere and Godhands had a one night stand and this was the result.

Sadly if you have the resources to kill TC, odds are you will also have the resources to finish Godhands/Vere(More patience than anything for Vere...)
