Drops from Ayravata in Abyssea- Vunkerl Inlet.
Spawns near conflux #00 among the marids. Stupidly easy to solo as any ranged job seeing as it has the natural marid movement speed penalty, however melee attacks have additional effect petrification and onrush hit me for 1300 damage with -33% PDT when I got greedy with a cast, so I'd advise caution.
Went 1/2 on the drop not knowing what it dropped, happy hunting.
