Unless of course you've ever looked at Perdu Wand. Which has the exact same Delay and 5 more Damage as well as 5acc and 15 attack usable by the exact same jobs.

Now, I know this weapon has a hidden effect based on how many people are in the party, but i doubt its 5 Base Damage, 5acc, and 14 Attack.

Hell, perdu wand even NOT under latent has DMG:34, under latent its DMG:39.
