This is infact a very good Axe, if you don't have byakko's or Martial Bhuj i would recommend this, good dmg/delay ratio and who can argue with Attk+10? this is an in-between axe. get this until you can get the Byakko/Martial

I totally agree with everything but Martial Bhuj. Perdu Voulge severely outclasses martial (as well as basically every other g.axe aside from relic). There's really no reason to own a martial bhuj over this weapon either. The "boost" to WS crit rate or damage on King's Justice just doesn't cut it.
If you already have a six-hit build with other 504 delay axes, you may want to skip this one over because it will break your six-hit. Otherwise, a solid axe.
I agree with Bsphilar. I bought a martial Bhuj to try it out since i read a lot of people saying it was better then other G axes if you used steel cyclone. While it does give a very significant damage boost to SC, I found that SC was very inaccurate. I became so frustrated with SC missing when i stored up 200 TP, that i sold it and got one of these axes with my allied notes. I used this axe for a few days until i had merited enough to buy my perdu voulge. I love my perdu voulge. I highly recommend getting one of those when you can, but this axe is top notch until you can.
(also tried out King's Justice with martial as well and didn't notice a big jump in damage either.)
