Not one of the better endgame weapon choices, though plausible. HP/MP on a sword is rather rare, but there's no +enmity and +4 VIT isn't that impressive at this point.

EDIT: Yeah, god forbid SE give PLD a decent-looking endgame sword that isn't so crazy to get.
