Getting 2796 with (121)MND(reward) gear + 50% Healing: Additionally Regen 20(Base) + 5(Merits) +1(Gaiters +2) = 26 @ 60 ticks for 1560 total Regen over 3 mins.

So 1 piece of food = 4356 total HP.

NOTE: Same gear set using Eta instead for about half the cost = 3606 total HP. ~ So choose wisely based on what performance you are needing out of your pet to better serve your pocket book.

As Finn mentioned, Theraisie (Upper Jeuno, M&P Market, G-6) sells these. They go for 2k a piece, so you should not pay more than 24k a stack at the AH for them.
