Does anyone own these and can comment on Recycle effect?
Can one just assume a 5% recycle proc rate?

Actually it's a logical assumption, especially for those who are RNGs. Each merit into the Recycle ability grants +5% procreation rate. Therefore it is safe to assume that a piece that is pretty much a Recycle +1 also adds +5%.

I wouldn't assume 5. I mean the relic adds like 20-30% But this mob is really just too hard to get to and fight... especially for a T2
