All good points below but there is a distinct use for this. +3 str is nice for TP when you can afford the acc loss. +3 str hardly any improvement on hits but adds up right? On another note can be used to macro in for weaponskill over pcc for single hits like steel cyclone when you don't need the acc to land multi hits. It's all in how you play and how dedicated you are to the job to enhance every situation.
Chivalrous Chain makes a good macro piece for Frenetic Rip and Disseverment. Both have STR mods, and both are multi-hit. In the same sense, this is also a good neckpiece for Vorpal Blade, Penta Thrust, and the like.
As far as TP goes, 5 accuracy is very respectable and it comes with a bonus Store TP point. While 10 accuracy on PCC/PCA is more desirable, Chivalrous Chain is about 10% the price.
People don't seem to grasp the concept that there is an accuracy cap. 2 accuracy is not always better than 3 STR. You won't always notice a difference. Just remember to always take what you hear on the internet with a grain of salt. Or possibly a truck load. Depends on the source.
The Store TP is good for SAMs maintaining a 6 hit. This + Rose strap + Rajas + Brutal and full stp merits will maintain it while still keeping haste from Dusk Gloves and Fuma.
Everyone who's stating PCC > this get off your high horses >.> YES PCC IS better than this for Stp BUT not everyone has 2mil - 2.5Mil to burn on a single piece of equipment and not everyone gets lucky on the BCNM i personally am 1/18. SO if you dont have 2mil -2.5Mil to casually spend then this is still a great alternative + you can get it for free (sort of). Makes a half decent weapon skill piece as well. and rae stfu not everyone has sea and can get a gorget.
(stating this for tp building) Ok first of all Store tp is useless unless you break a tier so look up if you break a tier im not describing how here. Next Str is pretty much useless unless you break a str tier yes there is MINOR benefits 1.5-2.5att but a missed hit will put you WAY further behind. Last 5 acc trumps this unless you hit the 95% acc cap and you can only hit that with pretty good gear or low level mobs i do hnms etc so pcc>Chain for me usually but please read up on information before posting about what is better stacking Stp is just lol unless you break a tier
Onjage, this neck is worth having have you ever heard of store tp? or the fact that for a dark knight this will be better for guilotine over spike necklace? -6 mnd no thanks. combine this with eph.ring rajas brutal earring and you have decent store tp with out /sam and 5 acc to boot. specs have it's uses why not buy both?
