Its like, War Gloves +1 for more jobs, minus 3 Evasion~

That being said, I'd say they're ok until Dusk for those jobs there that can equip dusk.

For MNK (for example) Och Kote will probably be better, and make up the accuracy in other slots!

Though, good SMN melee piece =p
