Can be obtain from Campaign battles in the Saratabaruta Front.

Can be obtain Antiqix in Castle Oztroja by trading 100 Tukuku Whiteshell

Can be obtain in Mog Garden (shinning light on the beach)

Dropped last night in a 5 wave Campaign Battle in Sauromugue Champaign (S):

The wave included (in no particular order):
Vee Qiqa the Decreer/Divine Templar
Moo Ouzi the Swiftblade/Divine Disseminator
Muu Buxu the Elusive/Divine Assassin
Yaa Haqa the Pious/Divine Liturgist
and two Siege Turret with War Lynx's

Was a very intense battle and lasted roughly 1.5 hours. Exp result was 3,520 as a WHM :)
