I'm sorry, Telinous, but I must disagree. If you already have accuracy covered in other places without Life Belt, which I highly doubt in any serious situation, you should have better options for attack and STR bonuses with the rest of your gear.
Swordbelts are good for that stretch between Tilt Belt and Life Belt and for some weapon skills.
I didn't take him to mean "serious situations". Like, for instance, this as a 72 pld/dnc lets me 1 shot bees in giddeus every time, instead of like 60% of the time. It's a decent thing to have around as a switchout for when you're getting hits but just want to hit things harder.
