Useful for MNK's trying to raise their guard skill. This will lower their evasion allowing guard to proc more. Other than that its pretty useless.

Shield is unaffected by AGI.

and since AGI does affect Evasion, and you need to be hit for Shield to proc, they do have their use in that.

Secondly, The Maat fight thing is pure myth, and im relatively positive SE themselves have denied it.

Maat has the same stats as you (thats the rumor ) if u get + he gets and if you have - he has ( its just a rumor but worth a shot)
