At first glance these gloves may seem rather disappointing, but they are very close to yigit/vicious hands in terms of their DMG output. In addition to that, nuking in these also gives a 10% boost to SCs performed via the Immanence stratagem as well as the additional chance of procing the quick cast set bonus.

As far as Perpetuance goes they add another 50% (150% increase total) duration onto every buff. Pro/Shell in these will last for 1 hour 15 minutes
