It is actually a pretty decent piece Kairu.

It adds a combination of offensive and defensive stats. A wonderful piece for -enmity sets without sacrificing a whole lot in terms of damage.

As for the insane prices, it is new. Give it a couple of months for prices to drop and stabilize.
