At this point in the game, magic accuracy on black mage isn't a problem as long as you're not sporting a gimped mage with elemental skill 100 levels under cap.

If you're worried about missing enfeebles due to the penalty, ask yourself why you're enfeebling in MAB gear anyway?

As it stands, this thing is the best MAB belt there is. It's as if witch sash and oneiros sash had intercourse and popped out this superior little being.
