Surprisingly, Almost all Mage jobs can hit the True-Cap of 25% Haste now.

WHM Could do it before i believe, But since the introduction of Plenitas Virga, makes it so much easier.

This has nothing to do with this coat, Just an interesting fact. This still is the best Mage-Melee Coat available (I Dont count BLU/RDM on that list, As they have (arguably) Better options).
