just fought her again solo, failed. got her to 68% when she foxfire tp me at full hp and stunned me....stun lasted for 45 seconds until i died (REAL FKING COOL!). fight was going perfectly fine until that happened. she's on my ***list still

just tried this just now, was able to get him to 12% before he gust slash -> triple attacked me.

also fraps pushed my framerate fairly low which made me miss a stun and die but for reference it CAN be done

Well i noticed that you stuned like 3-4 aga's lol. And you have shell on, which means your not "soloing it". The oonly issue you should have is if you stun 1 gorge or disgorge and he does it again immediately. But you can prevent this by stun/run and wait for stun to be up again and then keep going again. Trust me, I've done glavoid over 250+ times.

Shell and pro were cast on me by duskk after i told him i was soloing, and I hadn't noticed til midway through the fight. If you watch the rate he is using JA's at you have some freedom to stun whatever the hell you want. It's fairly obvious that after this first attempt, the correct way to solo him would be gorge/disgorge and do the run trick (if needed but sometimes really isn't) Cirein-croin follows the same pattern and does 2x tp moves back to back usually so you can stun the first one, then run out of mayhem lantern.
I've already adapted to the solo now but thank you for pointing out the obvious XD

long as you near cap gear haste for utsusemi, you could be wearing full pink + yataghans, itll take alot longer. I'd highly recommend that you have your Etoile Casaque for stuns
it's possibly soloable as /war but the fight itself is ALREADY risky, so id just play it safe with /nin and using fan dance if you get into trouble. I just fulltimed FD since fraps makes my fps go to ***
The daggers i had i believe were AGI/eva and VIT/PDT lmao
Lol /nin didn't register in my mind at all at all. How highly would you recommend the Casaque? Don't have access to those dyna areas yet sadly ; ;

Well you be the judge of that, I missed my stun ONCE because I was fumbling through my temp items. One missed stun can lead to a death, Etoile Casaque noticably enhances that stun.

Well poo. Oh well, can at least try to get level 80 solo. Would be a major boost for me lol

It only has spikes when casting or using a TP move. I've done it DNC/RDM.
...but uh MDT is basically required.

On the topic of glav soloing, would it be worthwhile to just AE spam and get gold for KIs? Or would it be faster/easier/better to go nin and bring a war for red on NMs?
Depends on how many people you have with you. Duplicate KI chests really suck, and you'll rarely get what you want.
Would go pure solo if 'cleaving' for KIs.
