I did 15-20 orbs and just rotated each chest

I did not see this reported anywhere else. Apparently, it is possible to obtain a Dense Cluster from one of Shami's chests.

Shami's chests got pulled a day early due to a supposed bug according to the devs. Shami NPC is back to its pre-event status.
