1 Character Stuck Logging In

My main wendee gets stuck in the character leading screen once I select log in. I get 3001 error and then a 3201 saying I'm already logged in when I retry.
My mule I can log into and use just fine.

My alt account I can log into and use just fine.

I use windower, but I tried logging in vanilla Xi same thing.
Ports are already forwarded. I'm a direct connect on my PC.

Se support says contact in-game GM, in-game GM says contact email support.
I see this isn't a new issue, but file checking does nothing. It's not a router issue, ISP issue or any other technical issue from my end I can see fixing.
The only thing I haven't been able to try is logging in from another computer as I only have the one.

The only solution is log in from a different pc, but it works every time.

Without that option, a friend log in, or vpn/phone hotspot may work.

I've also been experiencing this issue the past two days with different characters. Maybe just coincidence. Been using the recommended solutions, mostly using a hotspot to login and zone out of the current zone that's causing the 3001 error.

Server screwed up something related to your session, it'll go away in 24 hours or so. Like Eiryl said, changing IPs works (though if you return to that zone on same IP it'll still be busted).

I've had a few characters get stuck in the last 2 days too, so something's worse than usual atm.

I've had the issue since Monday evening.
I have a new router I just got I was gonna install anyway, I will try and see if something changes when I do, then resort to having someone else log into the account and see if that corrects it.

The servers have been extra flakey as of late. Might be related to the overhaul.

Logged in using a VPN (NordVPN if that matters, although it doesn't) and I am able to play normally for now.

the solution appeared to be going into the User subfolder and deleting one of them.
was able to play for a little bit, and got 3001 again while zoning into Port Jeuno this time.

Was able to get logged in from someone else and I can successfully log in right now. I was unable to figure out a solution from my end so this workaround had to do.
I'm not sure what this means the issue could be but it is strange.

A packet gets stuck or something. It's incredibly rare, you'd be very unlucky to really ever see it again.

(It happens to someone all the time, just not likely the same character)

I am also getting this frequently recently as well. Never had this issue before.

Connect to your phones WiFi and login. That should fix it.

just selfishly killed vrtra and warped

broke my windy woods which was my hp, #5 because I bonecraft all day

logging on with phone hotspot worked to make windy woods work

ended up buying a new pc because my computer died and fresh install on new pc windy woods worked again
i'm sure just doing a reinstall in the first place would of worked but that's always a hassle

after vrtra kill and instant warp
I was instantly stuck at downloading data screen and any time I hp'd or zoned into windy woods I would get stuck at downloading data
if I got stuck it was just logging on with phone hotspot to get out put hp somewhere else then get back on my home network.
was working on guildpoints for final guild furnishing and couldn't zone to windy woods for like 3 months


I'm not sure but I would almost bet on it just back up your macros and sets on the char select screen then delete the game and reinstall to fix
takes like 2 hours but then it's fixed

whenever i'm having such weird problems i go into windows cmd and do /ipconfig/flushdns
and it solves my 0011 0025 etc problems for many hours at least c: hope this helps
