(Asura) Sortie 9-Boss Daily STATIC LFM 2AM EST

Hey AH forums, we're back looking again some months later.

We are a dedicated Sortie static on Asura, gather time is 2am EST daily 7 days a week. Typically we find time to Ruspix on weekends when it lines up. I've been keeping this group going for about 13 months now, with members rotating over time due to irl circumstances and others.. but I have no intention of stopping the group from running.

With the departure of our most recent member, we're in need of a permanent member. I'd like someone experienced with sortie, at least familiar with Aminon, and above all; comfortable/experienced with their job. I'm not expecting R30 Nyame, but I am expecting high end to near max otherwise. That being said, if you're a player who matches our vibes and experience level, I'll speak for the group in saying we have no problem helping you acquire missing pieces/items in sets where necessary.

The remaining 5 member are flexible and we can rotate jobs around to accommodate a new member. The jobs we can take in are COR, BRD, RDM, or PLD. I'd say I'd prefer COR or PLD as they're easier to jump right in and get accommodated to our pace and playstyle, but any of the 4 will do. BRD would obviously be expected to have Aria.

Unfortunately we're pretty stuck on this time slot. It's late night for PST people in the group who want to go to bed, and its JUST before work time for our EU member.

SORTIE STATIC - Very Experienced / 13 Months - Multiple stage 5 Primes made - Avg. Galli 87-90k per run 9 Boss DAILY

Run Time: 2:00 AM EST / 11:00 PM PST / 7:00 AM GMT Gather Time (enter within 10mins buffs/meds gathering etc.)

Jobs We Can Accommodate: COR / PLD / RDM / BRD

Expectations: Experience/Understanding of sortie, Veteran on that job, High end gear and specialized sets necessary (Absorb sets, Potency sets, WS/PDL swaps etc.). Assumed you have necessary REMAs, BRD in particular should already have Aria

I have a couple Temps lined up to fill in for our group to keep us running daily for the time being.

When a hole opens up I'll reach out to you if you're free (the day prior) and I have no problem giving you a fair shake. I agree that we've had a bit of a contentious exchange on the forums, but the forums are mostly fluff. I'm more concerned whether someone can be amicable in a group setting and whether or not they can preform their role adequately.

When I do, it'll probably be BRD or PLD based on the flexibility of our group.

You've got yourself quite the reputation haha, but I'm willing to overlook any BS other people say to see what kind of person someone is myself. Appreciate you taking the time to reply and I'll be in touch

We're currently looking for a permanent member to fill a spot in our group, as soon as possible, as we have someone stepping away.

The priority job would be Red Mage. Its quite hard to find a competent and experienced one, and if you're not I'm willing to invest time into you to see you improve and get the swing of things...

That being said, if any1 on PLD, COR, BRD, or DNC that is experienced + gears fits the bill, I have no problem rotating people's jobs around to accommodate. Please reach out either in DM, Discord, or in game and we can discuss. I'd be happy to talk to anyone.

Still looking for a RDM. Ours will be leaving between now and May 1st, so we have a fair bit of time to find a rep.

As stated before, I can fill RDM, PLD, COR, BRD, or DNC, but I'd prefer a competent RDM

Nothing has changed otherwise from prior posts, you can refer to them for details. We're still a daily static, 2am EST, chill attitude but competitive for results. Been going for over a year, avg 87-90k galli per run, hard modes when the whole team is ready (@ stage 4 and needs stones)

Bump, our RDM will actually be leaving April 22nd, so the search has become more desperate.

As mentioned, I dont necessarily need a RDM, it'd just be preferred. Can accommodate a PLD COR BRD or DNC as well with some players rotating jobs. The main thing I want is some experience, willingness to learn/adapt, and accessibility on discord to listen/talk each run. A positive, laid back attitude goes a long way, as well as a drive to self improve.

Extremely good group, can recommend.

We built our way up to it. You definitely get used to the flow of the 9 boss team comp and when everyone knows their role you can really crush the bosses fast, like a well oiled machine. I've played with people who are accustomed to only doing 7 or 8 bosses, and they get comfortable doing the 9 boss strat quickly

What's wrong with you? If you're going to bring nothing but negativity our way, just go about your business please. I truly hope you're well... but this isnt the way to act on the matter.

I'm not dragging the past back up. We went out separate ways. I see no reason to derail my recruitment thread in such a petty way

This group is actually really great, and there are a number of top tier players who rotate in/out when there are needs.

You will find this group of players are great people who enjoy laughing and having a good time, while focusing on getting those purple halls cleared.

Obviously, some people who left this group throwing tantrum don't know how to get along with others and are going to remain childish enough to post on a recruitment thread. Guess you know why they aren't part of the group anymore.

I've never played with thia group, don't really know them at all. But all I've heard are good things about them from multiple people.
