Your "description" is absolutely irrelevant to the topics that was being discussed though. Quebec's Tax Credit for Multimedia titles(CTMM) was established way back in 1996. This is the subsidy that laid the foundation to Quebec's video game industry sector today.
It is also provincial not federal.
Basically it has nothing to do with people in charge of federal government today.

Someone posts a video of the shitty AC: Shadows enemy AI. They aggro various enemies with the female protag, go prone and crawl around showing the enemies are unable to hit her just from that slow simple movement.
Woke idiot enjoyer of le slop gets offended and makes a video showing its not a problem with AI by aggroing two enemies, going prone and remaining stationary.
Theres a very distinct difference between the two videos and the wokie thinks their response is a huge gotcha when they've omitted one massive piece of the puzzle.

I am pretty sure "marxism-leninism" was the term that's being used when USSR's system was being discussed. So if you want to be really specific on USSR or USSR-like system in a discussion, leninism is probably a more accurate term.
Those social science terms are mostly invented for academic discussion purpose anyways. Until politicians misuse/abuse them then it got different meanings, or even being used as attack against different factions.
