When i open 9 normal chests, i always just open the 10th because i always wonder if its garanteed to have a mimic (and maybe just one mimic???).

How many characters are you running? I get Ka-thwacked long before 9/10 when fishing for a loud thud.
I usually get kathwacked on the first chest. If not, typically the 4th or 5th. I don't think I've actually managed to get a loud thud or open the gold chest last month, and that's normal.
Venus can get 9 noise as well.

Can't see the drops! Leaving us in suspense! Was it a Shamash? Or was it a pair of Vanya Clogs? We may never know.
Now 3/5 omen bodies from aman. I normally go for loud thud > exit, but decided to quit while I was ahead this time, ended up paying off.

Has there been any findings on AMAN trove specific drops? EG. Tend to drop from a venus orb, tend to drop from thud vs loud thud, only when in a party..
I tend to do mars loud thud or bust method and have seen multiple omen bodies and hands but never see AMAN specific drops. Could just be pot luck of course (probably) but would be interested to hear from people who got AMAN specific drops.

AMAN accessories are just damn rare as you can see from its price.
I also just go for Loud Thuds, and i do get one piece of AMAN accessory every set of orbs i burn monthly (around 50 mars and 50 venus).
I have my personal data but i stopped recording the info some months ago. Jp blogs still collect data more reliably then me, but so far, the only difference between mars and venus is the slightly better probability on venus (for example, more loud thuds in a long run). Still, barely twice the odds of a mars loud thud. Most likely they are equivalent considering their costs.

Do you tend to enter with one player? I read the theory about gil only dropping to solo. I always do in a party but tend to only enter with the bc with one player whilst others are just in zone.
Yes, i do enter solo, i park all mules at entrance, its everyone in same party, but just enter one at a time. Eventually i get the 5M.
Cant say if its exclusive for players entering it alone, but surely just the fact of being in a party wont prevent you to get the reward.

I did loud venus only for quite a while, plenty of omen bodies, no sash or ring, then i did thud>exit which result in no omen bodies, no nothing, lots of vanir guns and knives.
This was done with 20 characters, lots of orbs, lots of trash.

The biggest problem is that loud thud pool also have reisenjima gear and the horrible vexed pieces, which i complained in OF, but obviously ignored.

Yeah i've never seen anything good from a thud. Stopped bothering ages ago though so really hard to say if it can drop good items - be interesting to hear if anyone got AMAN drops from thud.

Someone posted on Facebook group they got Ashera Harness from a thud. Also LS members confirmed as well.
According to my model, the terminal chest has a hidden category, that could be normal, thud or loud thud. Its random too.
That would explain how you can get omen bodies just from gold chest itself.
So, to prove omen body can actually drop omen body. You would need like 2 omen body from a single thud, to make sure one drop is from the thud and the other from gold chest

There's a theory that the gold chest itself is a noise/thud/loud thud. Someone tested it near AMAN release by only opening gold chests and getting loud thud items.
It could be possible these items are still available from thuds or lower, and there's just an even lower chance.
